From Chef Diego Moya, Culinary Director at the Oberon Group, Clara is an exploration of the culinary bounty and gilded history of New York state.
Starting in the lush Hudson Valley and following the river’s course to the great bays and shorelines of New York Harbor, the menu at Clara is drawn from the abundant offerings of New York’s farmers, bolstered by a new generation of cheese makers, winemakers, ranchers, and fishermen.
